Conference Registration and Information

Registration for the conference is now open. Earlybird Registration will close on 15 January 2020, and regular registration will close on 30  March 2020. Late registration penalties will apply after this date. Please download the Conference Registration Form  and submit to Please follow the directions for the payment of your registration fee, and remember to send us the “Proof of Payment”, such that we can align bank deposits to registration forms.

We will arrange a shuttle from the hotel (Coastlands Musgrave), providing there are sufficient numbers of participants wishing to make use of this facility. This will be an additional cost of $20 for the three days of the conference, or $7 per day, if you wish to use on fewer days. Please include this in your registration fee.

The Conference Organising Committee will waive the conference registration fee for 20 doctoral students or early career academics from Southern Africa (excluding South Africa), based on a motivation, acceptance of an abstract, proof of registration in a doctoral programme (doctoral student) or supporting letter from Head of academic department/unit (early career academics).
